Second is the “Virgin Airport cab line experience,” a tactic to create some buzz around the launch of the card. Virgin America In-Flight Team members will descend upon a long queue at the airport with soft drinks, snacks, massages, music, and credit card applications.
Finally, the Enhanced Statement. Here, I redesigned the everyday rewards statement to be fun and colorful to represent the new brand lifestyle.
